If even the responsible drivers are forced to keep off from the road due to their car insurance cost then government needs to interfere to facilitate the car insurance customers.
The MP at Yorkshire has filed a petition to support the young people in getting cheap insurance cover. The online petition of MP has support of 150 signatures before being presented to the Department for Transport. Further speaking with a newspaper the MP revealed that his inbox and mail bag is full with the messages of angry people due to rise in insurance premium.
The providers need to lower average insurance cover cost to attract more uninsured youth towards insurance policy. The insurers can ban referral fee and impose tough punishments to uninsured driver to encourage more people to buy reasonable classic car insurance cover.
Around 20% fall in young people taking driving test indicates the impact of rising insurance cost on young drivers. The rising cost makes it difficult for the youth to maintain their own car so they either stop driving or use public transport for commuting.
